I’m in love with this place and hope to return one day.
We absolutely loved this place - everything was perfect. We booked the junior suite for my birthday, and it was fantastic: two floors, a jacuzzi, and a magnificent view of the mountains! The suite was spotless, well-maintained, and had that wonderful Alpine chalet atmosphere. It was also incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed the spa area as well - complete with a pool, hammam, sauna, and an outdoor jacuzzi - perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was good by French standards, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We also really appreciated the location. There are hiking routes that start almost right from the property, and a small village nearby where you can enjoy dinner. Plus, there are frequent trains from that village to Chamonix. I’m in love with this place and hope to return one day.

Great stay!
Cozy atmosphere. Amazing staff. Good value for money. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The spa was great! Room was comfortable and clean. Loved the wooden decor and the free parking. 100% would recommend.

We cannot wait to return. The hotel, location, facilities and staff were impossible to fault.
A wonderful and luxurious stay, with facilities and staff that we could not fault. We must mention Freddie who was especially helpful, but every staff member was excellent

Nowhere near 4* , misleading website and very disappointing stay.
We chose this hotel based on its website and the many positive reviews, and I honestly cannot understand how this property is rated as 4*. Our experience was extremely disappointing and nothing like what is advertised. Room & cleanliness: Our room was cold and had a mildew smell. Both my husband and I had allergy symptoms during our stay, which I notice is also mentioned in at least one other review. The walls were covered in holes, paint was peeling, and doors were dirty. A larger heater had been removed and replaced with a much smaller one, which would explain why the room never felt warm. The room was also very small, completely contradicting reviews describing “spacious rooms.” I thought we’d been unlucky and allocated a bad room, reception told me all rooms of this class are like this. The spa was chaotic and frankly unpleasant. There is only one very small hot tub (around 4 people). While I was in it with two other guests, a group of six men tried to squeeze in with beer cans, which were then left around the spa area. While guest behaviour isn’t the hotel’s fault, there was no supervision and the environment felt unruly rather than relaxing — very far from what is implied by the hotel’s marketing. Breakfast: Breakfast was another low point. The hot food was poorly prepared — the potato rostis were so hard they were practically inedible — and overall it felt like a very low-quality offering for a hotel of this supposed standard. Staff response: To be fair, when we raised our concerns at reception, staff did try to help. We were told we could change to a 4 person room at significant extra cost, and we were also offered the option to check out two days early without penalty, which we appreciated. Unfortunately it was difficult to find availability in other places. Overall; The core issue that the basic standard of the hotel does not match what is advertised or what most people would expect from a 4* property. This hotel sets expectations through its website and marketing that it simply does not meet in reality. I would strongly advise future guests to manage expectations carefully, particularly regarding room quality, cleanliness, and the spa facilities. For us, this was not remotely a 4* experience. I’m pretty devastated that we chose this hotel. Room 303 was awful.
