1 Note 1
Very bad
Be careful On the terasse glasses are made of plastic So don’t go for good bootles Next restaurant food was ok but service was not professional it s more like a factory than a restaurant and the gaol is not for you to have a nice experience but rather what are the way to make money So many more places to spend money and have a much better experience So good for show off if you want to waste money Will never go back Will try the ones on the slopes

Avoid!
We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but unfortunately each visit has been noticeably worse than the last. This will be our final stay. The biggest disappointment was the service. While there were a handful of excellent staff, far too many seemed to lack even the basics of customer service. The worst experience was at the upstairs terrace bar, where the service was genuinely shocking. We had to ask four separate times for our drinks before they eventually arrived, and when the bill came it was incorrect. When a member of staff asked whether everything had been okay, we tried to give honest, polite and constructive feedback. Rather than listening or apologising, the male server became rude, sarcastic and dismissive, making us feel as though he was mocking us rather than taking our comments seriously. It was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences we’ve had. Our first interaction on the terrace also set the tone. A female server asked us to move from a table for five to a smaller table in the corner, without first asking whether anyone else was joining us—which they were. When ordering drinks her manner made us feel like we were inconveniencing her simply by being there, rather than being welcomed as paying guests. The hotel itself is also starting to show its age. We booked two rooms for our party of five. Room 390 was especially tired and in need of refurbishment, but even our room (303) could do with some maintenance. The pool area was another let-down. It was overcrowded, the shower areas were dirty, and much of the outdoor seating was broken or in poor condition. There did not appear to be anyone managing a welcoming and clean area. It felt very unhygienic. It feels as though the hotel has become complacent because it’s a Folie Douce, with the basics of hospitality no longer receiving the attention they deserve. That said, not every member of staff was disappointing. The housekeeping team we met were genuinely warm and friendly, and the receptionist who checked us out (her name Reika?) was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us try to resolve an issue with charging our car, and her professionalism and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. It’s a shame to see standards decline so much at a hotel we once enjoyed, but after several increasingly poor experiences, we won’t be returning.

AVOID - not a 4* property
AVOID. This place masquerades as a 4‑star hotel but delivers the experience of a neglected roadside motel. The rooms are tiny, stiflingly hot, and shockingly poorly maintained. Our first night was spent in a room where neither the lights nor the TV worked, and the staff showed zero urgency, zero care, and zero ability to fix even the most basic issues. They moved us for the second night — a “slight improvement,” which is saying nothing — but the real disaster came from their incompetent and reckless handling of payments. The hotel repeatedly charged us in full multiple times, draining our account and racking up three times the booked cost. No apology. No explanation. No accountability. Just an uncaring shrug from an online team that clearly believes they have the right to dip into guests’ funds whenever they feel like it. Their booking management is chaotic, their customer service is non‑existent, and their attitude is unhelpful, dismissive, and downright unacceptable. The repeated unauthorised charges have now been reported to my bank as fraud. This hotel is a financial hazard, a comfort vacuum, and a customer service black hole. Save yourself the stress — stay literally anywhere else.
