Located in the La Ginabelle Residence, this apartment offers everything you need for a fantastic stay: indoor swimming pool, fitness room, and sauna are all at your disposal.

Upon arrival, a €300 security deposit will be requested. It will be refunded at departure if the apartment is left in good condition.

Please note: There is no Wi-Fi connection in the apartment.

The apartment have 1 parking spot in the garage, height max 190cm. The reservation for the parking is mandatory. The cost is € 12 for day. 

This centrally located apartment features 2 rooms:

• One bedroom with a double bed

• One bedroom with bunk beds for children

Also included: a kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with TV.

2 bathrooms : 1 with a bath tub and 1 with a shower

Enjoy a stunning view of Mont Blanc from the apartment.

Check-in: from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Before leaving, please:
– Gather all used bed linen and towels in the living room
– Take out the trash
– Empty the fridge
