Please note that the underfloor heating is available only on the ground level and takes up to 1 day to fully heat up. All rooms have radiators for heating.

For adventure sports lovers too, the area is the perfect choice as parasailing, paragliding, and the famous Vallée Blanche (perfect for a number of winter sports) are just 5-10 minutes on foot from here. The holiday rental is also only a 15-minute walk from the Chamonix Aiguille du Midi station and a 10-minute walk from the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc station. Shops, restaurants and a supermarket are 10-minutes away for a carefree, year-round self-catering stay.
