1st floor accessible either by indoor staircase from the kitchen, or by outdoor staircase and hall way serving the 2 bedrooms, the double living room with 1 sofa (2-3 places) and 3 arm chairs Club for "1 person", wood stove.
Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Chalet is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tv, barbecue and garden furniture in the summer.
Large private garden with lawn on 2 sides of the chalet, which is used as a parking regularly mowed by local services.
It serves as a playground and as a relaxation space.
No Wifi - Pets not allowed
A small shed close to the chalet is used to stock the garden furniture and "bikes if necessary".
Free covered parking all year in the public parking in the "Ours Bleu" Residence next to the Vallorcine cable car and 5min from the chalet.
