Location
Situated along ‘Allée du Château’, guests are placed on the doorstep of Lac des Chavants (a popular fishing lake for trout and white fish, as well as a popular winter setting for snowshoes and cross-country skiing). Guests are also a short walk away from Le Prarion ski lift and 3-5 minutes’ drive from the Bellevue cable car and resort amenities of Les Houches. The train station, horse riding centre, child-friendly activities, tennis club and ski school and are all within a short drive away.
Just 14 minutes’ drive away, Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.
