A family bathroom with bath tub and shower tap is complemented by a separate WC. Ski storage is also on hand for guest’s convenience.
The 2nd floor apartment is situated along a well-placed street, just 2 minutes’ drive from Les Houches.

Location-
Situated along the ‘Rue de l'Aiguille Verte’, guests are placed 2 minutes’ drive from central Les Houches. Guests are only 5-6 minutes’ drive from the ESF Ski school and the Lac des Chavants fishing lake. The closest ski lift is Bellevue, 3 minutes’ drive away.
The charming well-serviced setting of Les Houches offers everything guests need for a fun and carefree stay; with a selection of restaurants, the local Tourist Information centre and a ‘SUPER U’ supermarket all within 2 minutes’ drive away. The Mont Blanc Equestrian centre is just 5 minutes’ drive away.
Only 11 minutes’ drive away, famous Chamonix boasts a wealth of ski and winter pursuits, as well as a buzzing resort centre with a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets to take advantage of. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.
The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park (open in the summertime) and rock climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both 8 minutes’ drive away; enabling families and avid outdoor fans to enjoy some more adrenaline-fuelled moments during their stay.
