Inside, a welcoming living room offers a light and ambient space in which to unwind. The scenic room offers balcony access and is furnished with a flat screen TV, DVD player and sofa.
An accompanying kitchen diner with dishwasher and dining set provides a carefree setting for entertaining. The sleeping accommodation is perfectly versatile and comprises of a double bedroom and flexible room furnished with bunk beds.

A modern fitted family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower features alongside a separate WC with wash basin.

The 3-storey apartment features in a lovely small-scale residence of chalets. A gorgeous shared indoor swimming pool is open year-round and is complemented by a ski storage area, where guests have access to a useful ski locker. Guests can easily ski down to the Le Prarion lift (120 metres away).

Guests are placed 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of Les Houches, 10 minutes’ drive from the Mont Blanc Equestrian centre and 13 minutes’ drive from Chamonix centre.

Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of January 2025 to the 30th of September 2025

Not to be missed in Les Houches:
