Set just 900 metres (10-minute walk) from the Les Praz – La Flégère ski lifts, and 500 metres from the village centre of Les Praz (with bakery, restaurants, and local amenities), the chalet enjoys a peaceful yet connected location. The centre of Chamonix is just 3 km away, easily reachable via a 30-minute flat walk along the Arve river or a 5-minute drive.
