Luxury 4-star duplex apartment, ski-in/ski-out, spacious, sleeps 4 (63 m² in total, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom (bathtub/shower with toilet) and a separate toilet.
You can admire the mountains from the apartment and the terrace (15 m²) and enjoy a large heated indoor swimming pool (+ jacuzzi, hammam and sauna). The beautifully decorated accommodation is ideal for families and couples looking for peace and quiet, comfort, nature and the many activities on offer in the Chamonix valley!
The apartment is very well located (top location in the Les Portes du Mont Blanc residence, west-facing with unobstructed mountain views), at the foot of the slopes (Balme/Tour ski area), 50 meters from the cable cars and 100 meters from the train station to Chamonix (30 minutes). There are many hiking trails starting at the foot of the residence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher (toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machines, food processors, etc.).
The cleaning/service fee of €110 charged by a service provider includes cleaning and linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, household linen) and is included in the rental price. We also provide essential items (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, sponges, cleaning products, liquid soap in the bathrooms, toilets, and kitchen, and trash bags). You don't have to worry about a thing! The two twin beds in the second bedroom can be converted into a double bed on request, and a cot is available free of charge on request (free Wi-Fi in the accommodation).
Free covered parking is available on site without reservation.
You also have access to a ski locker so you can ski straight to the gondola.
Chamonix is 9.3 miles away and can be reached by train (30 minutes).
