Special cancellation policy :
From the date of booking to 60 days prior to arrival : no cancellation fee.
From 59 to 31 days prior to arrival : 25% of the stay will be charged to the tenant
From 30 to 16 days prior to arrival : 50% of the stay will be charged to the tenant
From 15 days to the date of arrival or no show at the beginning of the stay: 100% of the stay will be invoiced to the tenant
