On the third floor (with lift) of a well-appointed residence, this cosy apartment sleeps 4 people and is an ideal holiday retreat throughout the year. The complex is in the heart of nature, located just a few steps from the Vallorcine ski-lift. Guests can ski in and out of the residence for maximum convenience.
The open-plan living space is furnished with a contemporary sofa and armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 4. A glass door leads out to the private balcony. This includes a table and chairs so guests can enjoy the panoramic mountain views. Back inside, the fitted kitchen, next to the dining table, is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The residence caters for all ages. It has a large, heated, indoor swimming pool open from 10am to 8pm (closed the month of November); gym; sauna; children’s indoor play area; café and ski shop.

Bedroom 1: The bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and French windows onto the balcony. It also has an en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also has 2 single beds (joinable), a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom.

Bathroom 1: The en suite bathroom has a full bath with a shower and basin with a separate WC.
Bathroom 2: This en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.

Location
The residence is in the centre of the village of Vallorcine, set in spectacular mountain scenery. It is a short walk to the ski lifts and the ski slopes. In the winter months, guests can ski in and out of the complex.
The slopes around Vallorcine are suitable for skiers of all levels. There are also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.
There is as much to do during the summer months as in the winter season. The valley has stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.
The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10-minute drive)
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30-minute drive away.
