AVOID. This place masquerades as a 4‑star hotel but delivers the experience of a neglected roadside motel. The rooms are tiny, stiflingly hot, and shockingly poorly maintained. Our first night was spent in a room where neither the lights nor the TV worked, and the staff showed zero urgency, zero care, and zero ability to fix even the most basic issues. They moved us for the second night — a “slight improvement,” which is saying nothing — but the real disaster came from their incompetent and reckless handling of payments. The hotel repeatedly charged us in full multiple times, draining our account and racking up three times the booked cost. No apology. No explanation. No accountability. Just an uncaring shrug from an online team that clearly believes they have the right to dip into guests’ funds whenever they feel like it. Their booking management is chaotic, their customer service is non‑existent, and their attitude is unhelpful, dismissive, and downright unacceptable. The repeated unauthorised charges have now been reported to my bank as fraud. This hotel is a financial hazard, a comfort vacuum, and a customer service black hole. Save yourself the stress — stay literally anywhere else.
