Absolutely dreadful
Extremely rude condescending and unprofessional customer service. I’ve never experienced anything like it please do not stay here at all costs

Exceptional staff but tired hotel
Firstly I must say that the staff are absolutely exceptional. From front desk, to cleaning staff and the restaurant they went above and beyond to make my stay confortable. Also the location of the hotel in the centre of town is perfect. However, this is NOT a four star hotel. The facilities plus the size/state of the room are nowhere near four stars. Peeling paint, chipped toilet seats, tiny rooms and no iron in the room (plus no iron available when I called the front desk). Additionally the spa left alot to be desired - I visited once and left it at that. This hotel has the potential to be great but really needs a revamp.

Great four stars hotel!
Perfectly places in Chamonix, close to restaurants, attractions, walking distance from shops and railway stations. Rooms are rather small, which is perfectly normal on this type of resorts. Nice spa at the basement, good sauna and steam bath...but the pool is a joke (maybe 12 sqm and 1.3 m deep). Area can be noisy during some nights...bars around! Service is great, attentive and reactive. Parking is a great asset overthere.

Awesome service. Did not know the French staff could be this nice.
From check in to check out it was an amazing stay wish i could have stayed longer. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Have not stayed in a non-marriott for a long time, booked this hotel through expedia and it was just perfect. Very close to everything with amazing views. The rooms and the rest of the facility were very clean. Thanks to Daniela and the rest of the staff (couldnt catch the name cuz i couldnt see their name tags).

Avoid this place
Two versions of my review have disappeared; therefore, I will be very brief. Avoid this place. The room was OK. No coffee maker as advertised only the kettle. Tiny bathroom and compartment with the toilet. I could not close the door unless I was behind the door. Second floor of the suite with the Montblanc view for over 500 Euro per night. All noise from the street during the day and at night - bar goes yell, scream, laugh and SMOKE right below our balcony. Till 3-330am. Breakfast had limited choices but that was OK. On the first day we noticed a horrible smell going from the scrambled eggs. Rotten. Burnt bacon. After that we could not touch any hot dishes at breakfast during our 5-night stay. And this is at the 4star hotel. Never experienced anything like that. There were some other tiny hiccups, but my major points are above. Avoid the place despite its convenient location close to the bus station and train station.
