Description

The Labrador hotel enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Flégère cable car and in the heart of the famous 18-hole golf course "Robert Trent Jones Senior".

Only 3 km from Chamonix, this establishment, where wood and stone predominate, is bathed in an idyllic environment with an outstanding view on the Aiguille des Drus.

Its lounge bar, living with fireplace and spa make it a real cocoon.

The 32 rooms and suite, most south-facing with balcony and Mont-Blanc view can accommodate from 1 to 4 people.

A small independant chalet opposite the hotel can be rented in full or partially. It consists of 2 rooms and a suite-apartment.

Places to visit

Not to be missed in Chamonix Mont Blanc!

- All year round take the Aiguille du Midi cable car at 3842 meters above sea level. Its furnished terraces offer a 360 ° view of all the French, Swiss and Italian Alps.

- Montenvers train - Mer de Glace : An imposing panorama on the la Mer de Glace Glacier and the mountains.

- Brévent / Flégère gondola: Exceptional panorama facing the Mont-Blanc range.

- Planards area: In winter, take advantage of the beginner ski area starting in the town center, and all year round a summer sledge on rails and numerous games for children.

- QC Terme : Let yourself go in this SPA area with infinity pools, relaxation and dining areas in the heart of the city.

Belated review of an enjoyable stay

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights last summer, and I’ve only just realised I hadn’t posted a review to thank the wonderful team for making it so enjoyable and memorable. The staff make this hotel a joy to visit!! We had a compact room with a fabulous balcony on the second floor, looking over the golf course to Mont Blanc. Super clean, and with all the facilities we needed (short of A.C), although the bathroom could benefit from an upgrade. Breakfast was lovely, with a good range of options. We loved the free cake every afternoon, and the proximity of the free shuttle train into Chamonix centre(we also travelled in the other direction into Switzerland). A great place to stay

Great setting

After a long day of sightseeing and walking, the accomodation was a dream. The gentleman at reception was helpful and friendly. Telling us about the local bus service, the free water and croissants available and how to access places. His female colleague must have been having a bad day as she was extremely rude and abrupt, and also in charge of the bar area, albeit this being empty. We decided to find a more pleasant atmosphere for a drink. The hotel itself was beautifully clean with the most spectacular view of Mont Blanc and the golf course. Sunrise and sunset were both phenomenal. The beds were comfy and the room has a balcony with two chairs, a table and adequate space. There is a restaurant next door for a lovely evening meal with friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. It is very expensive though. I'd definitely recommend staying here whilst visiting Chamonix. Thank you for a pleasure stay.

Intimate, friendly hotel with lots to offer for 3 stars!

Lovely hotel. Great value for money Clean and lovely rooms. Small spa which is a bonus Breakfast very good choice and they catered well for gluten free guests. Short walk to Flegere lift and ski bus. Nice restaurants close by Staff are superb and very helpful

Lovely hotel close to Flegere ski lift

Lovely hotel very close to ski lift at Flégère and ski bus stops. There are two ski hire shops in the village and a couple of bar / restaurants. Hotel has boot room. Hotel is Very nice inside with lots of stone & wood. A small bar and breakfast room. A small spa with sauna. Wonderful views of Mont Blanc Very helpful staff.
