Hotel with a family tradition since 1930, the Park Hotel Suisse & Spa cultivates the art of hospitality in both authentic and modern atmosphere.

Located in the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, it offers 68 rooms with Brévent or Mont-Blanc view, most of them with balconies.

The incredible asset of this hotel is its outstanding and panoramic rooftop with views over Chamonix and the Mont-Blanc range. From the rooftop you can enjoy a large spa center with swimming pool, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 saunas, Hammam and sensory shower. (fully renovated in 2024)

A fitness room completes this wellness offer.

The main bus stop to travel easy throughout the valley is only 50 m away.

Not to be missed in Chamonix Mont Blanc!

- All year round take the Aiguille du Midi cable car at 3842 meters above sea level. Its furnished terraces offer a 360 ° view of all the French, Swiss and Italian Alps.

- Montenvers train - Mer de Glace : An imposing panorama on the la Mer de Glace Glacier and the mountains.

- Brévent / Flégère gondola: Exceptional panorama facing the Mont-Blanc range.

- Planards area: In winter, take advantage of the beginner ski area starting in the town center, and all year round a summer sledge on rails and numerous games for children.

- QC Terme : Let yourself go in this SPA area with infinity pools, relaxation and dining areas in the heart of the city.

Decent place but requires major improvements.

Overall it’s a 3 star hotel charging the rates of a higher rated hotel. Pros: Location is right at the city centre. Very convenient to roam around any place. Reception is open 24/7. They have a rooftop pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hamam from with stunning views. Cons: Superior rooms including the one I was assigned had 0 ventilation. For winters it’s perfect, for summers you will be baked. The rooms are not at all cleaned properly. There were multiple cobwebs and insects/mosquitos/bees if the balcony door was left open for too long! Charging points are absurdly located. In some bathrooms the location of the WC and shower need to be swapped else tall people cannot use the WC. Coming to the breakfast, for 3 days, I saw black rotten tomatoes on the shelf, part of the staff can seem highly confused if you ask for a spoon or a bowl as if they don’t understand. The breakfast is alright, better options outside. Towels are not provided when visiting the wellness area. I asked the attendant there and she was acting as if she does not understand anything even after showing a towel image and showing a French translation. As they do not provide slots for the wellness area, be prepared for the jacuzzi filled with a crowd throughout the entire day,
