From 15 year. Have a good swimming level and being able to immerse yourself is MANDATORY

10 km descent, between Les Praz de Chamonix and Les Houches.Navigate:Intense first part for the first two kilometers, followed by a crossing of the town and then fun and educational exercises for a sensational approach to white water sports.You will combine white water navigation, swimming, and jumps!


Meet in the heart of nature!

From Chamonix, heading towards Geneva: Take the Taconnaz exit

From Sallanches, heading towards Chamonix: take the Les Houches center exit, then head towards 'Les Bossons'.


At the roundabout near the restaurant La Braise, take the direction of 'Clairtemps' and follow the gravel path that descends for 500m.

Park in the parking lot facing the pond, the equipment will be done in the heart of nature.

- Chavants leisure area: for short walks or a picnic. The Chavants lake offers an unobstructed view of the Mont Blanc massif. In summer (climbing wall, fishing, petanque, children’s games, rope climbing frame). In winter (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing route).
