Traditional, family owned auberge in quiet location but near (10 min drive) Chamonix hustle and bustle
Spotlessly clean, amazing breakfast with home made additions, welcoming owner. Great value too. Room 206 was warm and charming with a balcony and view. Heated ski locker outside. Shoes off and hut socks inside! Living room for guest use too. No kettle in your room but owner offered us hot water.

Value for money accomodation
The ultimate value for money accomodation in the area. The place is in a fantastic position, very cose to Prarion and just 5 km from Chamonix. A lot of shops are pretty close by car. Mrs Ravanel is very polite and helpful. She made our stay pleasant. It was not my first time there and it wasn't the last for sure!!

Welcome return after a few years
We have stayed here to ski in the resort and found this a good base . We returned in September to a warm welcome and some comfort before starting off on a small section of the GR5 route .
The rooms are spacious . Beds are comfortable . The breakfast very enjoyable. The home made yoghurt delicious . Plenty of tea and coffee .
It's a friendly auberge run by an extremely well travelled hostess.
