HOTEL MONT-BLANC *****

The hotel was perfect. The front desk was very attentive and helpful with hiking suggestions, rides to the trailhead for hiking and to Aguille du Midi, making a dinner, reservation, etc. Thank you to Lucas. The room was beautiful. One photo attached was the view from our room. The breakfast was outstanding. It had everything anyone could want and was all fresh and high quality. The room was very nice. The pool was great and the view was spectacular. Apparently not all Chamonix hotels are open in May but I am so happy this one was. It was not cheap but I felt the price was fair for the quality. I would strongly recommend it and would be happy to go back. Staying here was one of the highlights of our month long trip.

Went to Matafan restaurant in the hotel. Excellent service, very good food, albeit slightly complicated menu descriptions (which actually don’t do justice to food). Steak was top notch meat. Chocolate soufflé with chocolate ice cream was chocolate lover heaven. Wine list very reasonably priced

Nice luxury hotel with spacious lobby, charming lounging area, and a lovely garden and pool area. The rooms were fine: modern, nice shower, nice balcony, albeit the room and bathroom were a bit small for the price. No AC. Would definitely come again, though.

I don’t write reviews very often, but this hotel truly deserves one. From the very beginning, everything was outstanding. When our room turned out to be too warm, the team immediately moved us to another room — no hassle, no questions asked, just a genuine desire to make our stay comfortable. Then something happened that really showed what great hospitality is all about. I accidentally left my T-shirt at the hotel. By that time, we had already checked out and driven about 30 km to another resort. Thanks to Tatjana Caillaux, my T-shirt was delivered to our new hotel the very same day. It even arrived beautifully packed. This is the kind of attention to detail that separates a good hotel from an exceptional one. Flawless service, an amazing restaurant, a fantastic spa, a perfect location, and, most importantly, a team that genuinely cares about its guests. A very special thank you to Tatjana Caillaux. She is an absolute star and a true professional. People like her are the reason guests keep coming back. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
