High standing 3-room apartment classified 4 stars, ski-in ski-out, spacious with a very large living room/kitchen of 35m2, 4 beds (70 m2 in total, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (bath/shower, one with WC) and a separate WC).
You can admire the mountains from the apartment and the terrace (20 m2) and enjoy a large heated and covered swimming pool (+jacuzzi, hammam and sauna). The accommodation, nicely decorated, is ideal for families and couples looking for calm, comfort, nature and the many activities of the Chamonix valley!
The apartment is very well located (top location in the Portes du Mont Blanc residence, west and mountain view not overlooked), at the foot of the slopes (Balme/Tour area), 50 meters from the cable and 100 meters from the train station to Chamonix (30 minutes). Many departures for walks are at the foot of the residence.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, a ceramic stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher (toaster, kettle, classic coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machines, robots etc ...). The apartment is also equipped with a private washing machine and dryer (the only apartment equipped in the residence).
The cleaning/service costs of 95 € which are invoiced by a service provider include cleaning and linen (sheets, 8 towels, 2 bath mats, household linen) are included in the rental. We also provide basic necessities (dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine product, sponge, cleaning products, liquid soap in the bathrooms, toilets and kitchen, garbage bags). You don't have to worry about anything! The two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom can be equipped as a double bed on request, a baby cot is available free of charge on request (free Wifi in the accommodation).
Free covered parking is available on site without reservation.
You also have a ski locker so you can get to the gondola on skis.
Chamonix is 15km away and can be reached by train (30 minutes ).
