La Résidence La Cordée is a new luxury development, located in the heart of the Chamonix valley, in a quiet residential area of Les Praz – Chamonix Mont Blanc.

The residence also offers underground parking spaces and private ski lockers.
Upon arrival, a €300 security deposit (in cash or by check) will be requested. It will be returned at check-out if everything is in order.
