This spacious 1st floor (with lift) apartment sleeps 5 people. The residence is family-friendly and is an ideal destination, whether you want an active holiday or just to relax in the beautiful countryside.
The L-shaped sitting room has a large wooden sofa, armchairs and a Smart TV. French windows lead out to a private balcony with a table and chairs. Here guests can enjoy an aperitif, looking out over the gardens and mountains.
The wooden dining table seats 6 people and is next to the spacious, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.
Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym. SPA with massage and beauty treatments is open from 23rd December till 30th April except on Sundays and on 25th December.

Location
The residence is in the centre of the village of Vallorcine, set in the spectacular mountain scenery. It is a short walk to the ski lifts and the ski slopes. The slopes around Vallorcine are suitable for skiers of all levels. There is also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the residence, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival on the shores of Lake Geneva takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.
During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding. The area is famous for its flora and fauna, particularly the butterflies in the flower-filled alpine meadows. The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes drive)
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30-minute drive away.
