On the ground floor of a well-appointed residence, Vallorcine Balme 06 apartment sleeps 3 people and is an ideal holiday retreat throughout the year. The complex is in the heart of nature, located just a few steps from the Vallorcine ski-lift.
The open-plan living space is furnished with traditional alpine pieces, including a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table. The living room has a large wooden sofa and a flatscreen TV. French windows lead out to a private garden with a table and chairs. The separate, fitted kitchen, is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a drip coffee machine.
The residence caters for all ages. It has a large, heated, indoor swimming pool; sauna; children’s indoor play area; café and ski shop.

Bedroom: The charming bedroom has a double bed, a wooden wardrobe and French windows open onto the terrace.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable single bed.

Location
The residence is in the centre of the village of Vallorcine, set in spectacular mountain scenery. It is a short walk to the ski lifts and the ski slopes. In the winter months guests can ski in and out of the complex.
The slopes around Vallorcine are suitable for skiers of all levels. There are also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.
All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.
There is as much to do during the summer months as in the winter season. The valley has stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding. The famous Montreux jazz festival in Switzerland, takes place early July and is just 1 hour away.
The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes drive)
Geneva airport is a 1 hour 30-minute drive away.
