Historic and emblematic Belle Epoque villa, built in 1906, the Aiguille Verte Appart Hotel has been entirely refurbished in 2018 and offers 10 1 to 4 rooms apartments, nearby the city centre.

Some apartments have a balcony, others are on the ground-floor with access to a small garden. A communal wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi are available for free.
