Group day hikes to discover the extraordinary nature of the Chamonix Mont Blanc Valley
Enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Chamonix Valley at the foot of Mont Blanc during a friendly outing with our specialist mountain guides. Whatever your experience and fitness level, our family-friendly hikes will introduce you to mountain flora and fauna, and to places steeped in centuries of history.
Guiding policy: group of 12 persons maximum per guide - Minimum of 5 persons
Children: minimum 12 y.o accompanied with a parent.
Duration : 4 - 5h of hiking
Meeting point : at 8:30am (or special time unusual outings) at 190 place de l'Eglise in Chamonix City Center
Location : Chamonix Valley
Ability level: A full day hiking trip is intended for people who practice regularly a sporting activity.

The detailed program changes every week on the basis of the following themes:
Monday : The mountain pastures of the Chamonix valley
At Vallorcine village, set off to meet the alpagiste. Between tradition and modernity, they will tell you about the evolution of mountain farming and you will enjoy a tasting of their local products. Elevation: 700m
Tuesday : Altitude lakes facing Mont Blanc
Hike to discover the mythical places that have made the reputation of the Chamonix Valley. Enjoy, facing Mont Blanc, exceptional panoramas and high-altitude lakes in which the snow-capped peaks are reflected. Elevation: 500m - 700m
Wednesday : The Glacier des Bossons
A hike to the foot of one of the longest glacial tongues in Europe. An outing dedicated to the consequences of global warming in the Mont-Blanc massif. Difference in altitude: 700m - 1000m
Thursday : New horizons
Leave the Chamonix Valley for other mountains and landscapes. A selection of the most beautiful hikes in the Pays du Mont Blanc (Val Monjoie, Aravis, Haut Giffre ...) to discover the natural and cultural heritage of the High Savoyard: Elevation: 700m - 1000m
Friday : Biodiversity
Immerse yourself in the local mountain flora and fauna. Elevation: 700- 1000m
Saturday : The mountain pastures of the Chamonix valley

Large Predators Outing: Discover all the legendary birds of the Chamonix Mont-Blanc valley, including falcons, eagles and bearded vultures. On the steep peaks, we will search for the majestic golden eagle, symbol of freedom and power. You may have the unique opportunity to observe these majestic birds in flight, soaring over the mountains in search of prey.
