Servoz is a quiet village on the lower slopes of the Chamonix valley. It's a great place to live and enjoy mountain activities in winter and summer.
The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the Les Jorasses residence and faces south-east, with a view of the mountains and the village. It is close to the village's amenities, services and shops: town hall, school, tourist office, church, village hall, doctor's surgery, mini-market, restaurants, post office, library, etc. The bus stop is 300 meters away (place de l'église) and the SNCF train station 1 kilometer away (1 train per hour).
The 19 m2 apartment comprises a living room with kitchenette, sofa bed, cupboards and storage units. A sleeping area with 2 bunk beds is located near the entrance. Washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils, TV, WIFI, board games and reading material complete the equipment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, towel rail and hairdryer. In addition, on the southeast side is a 4 m2 balcony with fold-down table. A studio well suited to a couple with 2 children.
A cellar is available for storing skis, bikes or other equipment. They will be given keys to the studio, cellar and bike room.
