Based in Les Nants, 1km for the center town of Chamonix and 1km for the ski cabine La Flegere. Very nice and comfortable chalet of 140sq meters sleeping 11 persons with 6 bedrooms. Living room with dining corner and fire place, independant kitchen fully equipped (fridge, freezer, 3 gas burners and 1 electrical one, oven, dish-washer), 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony with ensuite bathroom. On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds on different levels in each, 1 bedroom with a single bed and balcony, 1 bathroom with 2 sinks and separated toilets. Beautiful garden, spacious balcony with a stunning view on all the Massif. TV, washing machine. Parking outside the house. Extra pictures available upon request. Equipments are essential for cars in winter.
